Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using BarberGen Pro's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

BarberGen Pro provides custom website creation services specifically designed for barbershops and barbers. Our services include:

• Custom website design and development
• Content creation and management
• Website hosting and maintenance
• SEO optimization services
• Technical support and updates

3. Payment Terms

Payment for our services is due as follows:

• Setup fee: $300 (one-time payment due upon service initiation)
• Monthly hosting: $35 (recurring monthly payment)
• Additional services: As quoted and agreed upon

All payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered. Payment must be made in full before website launch.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information for your website
• Supplying high-quality images and content in a timely manner
• Reviewing and approving website design and content
• Making timely payments as outlined in this agreement
• Maintaining the security of your website login credentials

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the rights to your website's content. However, BarberGen Pro retains the right to:

• Use your website as a portfolio example
• Retain ownership of our proprietary development tools and frameworks
• Include our branding credit on your website

6. Website Hosting and Maintenance

Our hosting services include:

• 99.9% uptime guarantee
• Regular security updates and backups
• Basic technical support
• Content management system access

Hosting fees are due monthly and must be paid to maintain your website online. Non-payment may result in website suspension after 30 days.

7. Limitation of Liability

BarberGen Pro will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to backup and transfer your website content. After this period, all data will be permanently deleted.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BarberGen Pro operates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
